Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the YourIntervals – Indoor Cycling app (“the app”) provided by Tobias Hann (“we”, “us”). The app is licensed through Apple’s App Store; Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. If they conflict, Apple’s terms prevail where required.
1. Health and safety
Structured training is strenuous. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or haven’t exercised for a while. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort. The workouts, training zones, example weeks and articles are general information, not medical advice or an individual training plan. You train at your own risk.
Make sure your bike, smart trainer and surroundings are set up safely and according to the manufacturers’ instructions. Smart trainers can change resistance quickly and unexpectedly, for example after a reconnection.
2. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, within the limits of the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its built-in workout library, except where permitted by law.
3. Free features and YourIntervals Pro
Part of the app is free. YourIntervals Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the full built-in workout library, the workout editor, ZWO import and FIT export for as long as the app is available on the App Store. Purchases, payments, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Prices are shown in the App Store before purchase. You can restore your purchase in Settings.
4. Third-party hardware and services
The app works with Bluetooth smart trainers and sensors from third-party manufacturers. We can’t guarantee compatibility with every device or firmware version. Strava is an optional third-party service governed by Strava’s own terms; we are not responsible for its availability.
5. Your content
Workouts you create or import and your ride recordings belong to you and are stored on your device. You are responsible for having the rights to files you import and for backing up your device.
6. Availability and changes
We may update the app, change or add workouts and features, or discontinue the app. We aim to keep the features you paid for working, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory product liability law applies. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Statutory warranty rights of consumers remain unaffected.
8. Law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
